BEWARE of this crook !!! My father hired Scott Forsyth at S&T Renovations to raise, renovate and put on an addition to his cottage on Rice Lake. The job was supposed to be completed over a 3 month period from April through the end of June. Scott completed less then half of the job working sparingly over a 6 month period before stopping all work in the fall. The cottage had no roof and walls were not completed.
