Stay awaaayyyy. Didn't have heat for almost a whole winter and they'll keep your damage deposit.
WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. They don’t give you the damage deposit back. And i am sad to say that i am not the only person going through this. I am literally putting up a fight even after cleaning the place and making it spotless. So my advice to anyone moving in or moving out TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS. It’s a really old place and they basically charge for literally everything in there even to put a door knob to your “Private” room. Safety wise, they never remove the snow from their premises. So it’s always slippery to walk around... read more

They are good until you move out and then they want to slap you with over $2000 in damages that was not caused by me , it is an old building and make sure you take pictures and videos of EVERYTHING(anything could cost you) yes even the tiniest chip on their crappy old doors. It is hard to get your damage deposit and they want to also charge over $500 cleaning fee for little things and say "the radiatior has to be taken apart and cleaned" and how did I know when it didnt say on cleaning list.
