At the St Regis the views are amazing & proximity to the beach is super but the issues are endless; in a nutshell it’s a no-frill poor man’s beach-front living in unsafe “tweaker town”. If you’re low maintenance and your expectations of shady DTLBC & a building that’s a century old are realistic you might like it here.
