At the St Regis the views are amazing, proximity to the beach & bike path is great, but the issues are endless. short version: a no-frill cheap beach-front living, in unsafe tweaker-town. If you’re low maintenance and your expectations of shady DTLBC & a building that’s a century old are realistic you might like it here. The building has major electrical & plumbing issues so basic comforts like AC, heat, dishwashers or disposals are not a thing.
