St. Raphael's Home Health Care has taken wonderful care of my mother. Her caregiver is kind, reliable and compassionate. A special thank-you to the administrator for making the whole process smooth with excellent communication and support.
Honestly I'd given up hope that we could find a good home health care service. A local pastor recommended a representative St Raphael's (that he knew personally). Because of that I followed up with him. He was wonderful to work with and gave us confidence that we could work together. He transitioned out of the role and Vanessa became our new contact. You will be sadly disappointed in benefits as there no 401k health insurance and ira. They falsely respesent giving you hour's . You be better off at another company
Pro: great company to work for with outstanding staff and clients 👏. The owner truly cares about quality of care for veterans recieve. This would be great job with alot flexibility for someone in school, parenting second job ect with great pay. Cons: No benefits 401k health care for families Lacking in employee trainings Don't expect to advance with in company
