Terrible experience. I came to this condominium only to deliver a package to a resident. Because I don’t speak English fluently, the security guard said he couldn’t understand me and refused to let me in, even though I tried my best to explain why I was there. Instead of helping, he became rude and disrespectful. He told me to “go to hell,” threatened to call the police, and said he wasn’t going to open the gate for me because he didn’t want to.
