We LOVE our new liner - Hampton Bays Tile Blue Lagoon Floor 27 mil! We narrowed it down to two and let Nick from St. Pierre Pools decide. Price was fair; liner was ordered on 5/18/24 and installed on 6/8/24. I had one minor issue and Nick was on it the same day. We kept our lights and have enjoyed numerous night swims during this HOT summer. We would highly recommend Nick and his team to others. He also did two other homes in my neighborhood before I hired him. Thanks Nick & St. Pierre Pools!
I would 100% recommend St. Pierre pools if your thinking about a beautiful inground pool! Nick was amazing to work with and his team of guys were great! They started in the fall and finished the end of April. Our pool is done and absolutely gorgeous! We can't wait to host many parties this summer!! Everything was done in a timely manner with absolutely no issues!!
Absolutely think that they experts in installations and coming up with beautiful plans for new designs. However if there was any smaller repairs they are not reliable and responsive. Sorry..wouldn't call them again.
Our inground pool liner was destroyed by the safety cover's springs letting go in an April snowstorm and ripping the liner as it fell into the pool. We reached out to three pool companies in the area. Kevin was the first to respond and came out to inspect the next day. My wife was very comfortable dealing with him. The other two companies also called back but by then my wife had made up her mind that Kevin and St. Pierre Pools was who we were going to do business with. From the very first day that Nick came out to talk about our pool, I knew he was going to be great to work with. He took the time to explain the process and we designed a custom pool that we absolutely love! We threw a real curve ball at him on the day we were ready to dig, but he came up with a solution on the spot. He was always available and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had.
