This afternoon I gave them a call about my visit on Sunday, I purchased cannolis at 5pm and opened the box to have it next day for dessert. I live 10 mins away and went straight home and placed them in the fridge right away. One bite and the ricotta cream was stale, hardened and spoiled with a funny rancid smell.
