Originally a 5 star review. Left us hopeful with no intention to follow through. We have a cut and clear case. It's just no one wants to take on Duke Energy. They set my house on fire and I have proof from one of theor dub contractors they were negligent. I am now permanently disabled from what they did. On top of that. My insurance only paid 1/4 of the claim. Leaving us with over $100,000 in damages to make ourselves. I have not yet had the pleasure working with Mr. Douglas yet, however, he has consulted on our current homeowners claim and I can attest that he is very kind and truly has his clients in his best interest. Instead of just taking on our claim which he very easily could have made $30,000-50,000, he has twice now advised us to push through with insurance or go through a public adjuster which would be cheaper than him.
