Let me first start by saying this place is a godsend and Dr Ravindra has volunteered her time and energy to make it happen. She is an amazing doctor with a kind heart and a wonderful bedside manner. You can tell that she cares deeply and doesn't treat you like you're another number. My only complaint is that her nurse who handles the medication refill requests and also sometimes your triage, has a severe nasty attitude and I have told the doctor about this.
