My husband and I enjoyed Riley's Hold Me Tight Couples Workshop at St. Anne Catholic parish in Ruskin. We feel that our marriage has benefited and improved with Riley's workshop, particularly with our communicating better with a "hot spot" conflict in our marriage. The only problem was with the workshop venue in our old parish hall. The parish hall has terrible acoustics with a very high ceiling and old cement floors. There is nothing but absolutely wonderful things that I can say about St. Petersburg Counseling. Kandace has helped me so much over the past few years and I would recommend her and anyone at St. Petersburg Counseling.
Kandace was my therapist for about a year and what a difference her impact made on my life! I no longer live in St. Pete but I am constantly brought back to the awareness and tools provided to me by this counseling. I felt seen and safe in order to do the work necessary to uplift my life.
Kandace has been such an important guide on my mental health journey! Her approach helped me see the parts of myself I needed to be kinder to, and she gave me the tools to do so. Kandace has an exceptional ability to meet clients where they are; she challenged me when I needed it, but we also had fun, or sometimes I just needed to vent. No matter what the issue at hand, she was able to create a warm and welcoming space that helped me not only on day-to-day challenges, but on my wider mental health journey. Would recommend!
