Kandace was my therapist for about a year and what a difference her impact made on my life! I no longer live in St. Pete but I am constantly brought back to the awareness and tools provided to me by this counseling. I felt seen and safe in order to do the work necessary to uplift my life.

Kandace has been such an important guide on my mental health journey! Her approach helped me see the parts of myself I needed to be kinder to, and she gave me the tools to do so. Kandace has an exceptional ability to meet clients where they are; she challenged me when I needed it, but we also had fun, or sometimes I just needed to vent. No matter what the issue at hand, she was able to create a warm and welcoming space that helped me not only on day-to-day challenges, but on my wider mental health journey. Would recommend!

Have been seeing Kandace Stark for about a year now, and highly recommend her! She is incredibly kind and safe, but will also gently challenge you when appropriate which is exactly what I need. I've made an awesome amount of progress with my mental health which has spilled over to improvements in my health, work and life overall.
