What a great team ! Everyone puts you at ease . Felicia was so kind and lovely
Every person who worked with me was kind and positive. Although the procedures may be uncomfortable or unsettling, the nurses and techs offset this feeling with their personalities and vibes.
Warning: Do NOT go to St. Peter's Breast Center. While the practitioners are great, Trinity Health is engaging in hugely deceptive billing practices... I had a needle biopsy conducted at the breast center (30 mins, local, in Ultrasound Room) ... Because they billed as an "in-hospital surgical procedure" (it was NEITHER), I'm being assessed a $500 copay. They admit that they "usually" reach out in advance to determine patient liability, but that didn't occur for an unknown reason. Hospitals like this ARE THE PROBLEM.
