The receptionists do not really care about your symptoms as long as it is not a heart attack. I have been referred to pharmacy twice for issues that I actually need to see the doctor for. I know this as a health professional and when I got to the pharmacy they honestly couldn’t understand why the gp didn’t even see me and why I needed to be referred to the pharmacy for consultations.
Dr. Fadi is outstanding – truly a 10/10. His care, professionalism, and attention to detail have always made me feel well looked after. It’s such a shame to hear that he’s leaving soon; he’ll be greatly missed. The Practice won’t be the same without him
I called up 07/07 with some issues that were seriously concerning me. They saw me the same day and asked me to come in first thing for a blood test 08/07. After this, i was told I would hear back within a few days. I called them today, 14/07, and asked if they had any results, they said yes, and I was fine. I mentioned that I'm not feeling great and it's affecting my day to day work and I would like to book back in to find out why that could be. The worst surgery ... my bloods show my liver hasnt been ok for awhile yet noone will send a referral for a scan... Ive been crying begging 5 different doctors now and noone is taking me seriously. This surgery is a joke. THIS IS NOW MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE !! AVOID this surgery they do not take you seriously!!
On Friday, 27 June 2025, I requested a repeat prescription via email for my 4-month-old baby who suffers from severe reflux. Despite multiple requests, over the phone and in person, the prescription had not been added to the NHS app for easier ordering of subsequent prescriptions. The prescription was not processed by Monday evening, 30 June 2025, which necessitated rationing the Gaviscon and resulted in increased fussiness and frequent vomiting up to 4 -5 times, after each feed.
