My other half was having contractions at 230 pm. Well without the open hours of the office. We called 3x and pressed the going into labor option to only be met with endless ringing. Called st peters directly and was instructed to come in. Even the st peters staff said.it was ridiculous that they didnt pick up. We had been seeing them the entire duration of pregnancy with assurances that they would be there for us and they seemed to have dropped the ball at the goal line. Do not reccomend.

I truly can’t say enough good things about this office. Everyone is incredibly nice and welcoming. The oncall staff after hours has been amazing too. I’m thrilled I found this office.

I followed my doctor here from a much smaller practice where I had an amazing experience. I still love Doctor Lamparello but the practice itself is AWFUL. You can't get anyone on the phone to answer any medical questions you may have or even a receptionist if you need to change an appointment. I received abnormal bloodwork and was automatically referred to a high risk doctor (which I saw on MyChart) - no phone call or message from anyone. I loved my experience, the staff great customer service everytime I got a scan done during my pregnancy , even motivated me to get my ultrasound tech …i hope I can do my shadowing here for class
