Went there today for a Consultation. Everyone was superior in their courteousness, professionalism and knowledge. Each member explained exactly what was going to happen next. Very very impressed
Everyone is always very friendly when I visit. I see Heather Maggio NP for hematology and she's one of the friendliest medical professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
Dr. Patel was terrible. Always runs late and never prepared for the appointment. Would tell you one thing and then something totally different the next appointment. I left and went to NY oncology in Troy. I would not recommend her she was a hot mess. You need to be your own advocate during this stressful time.

Dr Gray is a phenomenal oncologist! She is the most thorough Dr. I know. She treated my family member with the upmost compassion , respect and care. I am so thankful for having her as my family’s oncologist . Thank you Dr. Gray, for giving us back the best years.
