I just had a recent cancer scare which could have been avoided if I got the required appointment that I needed instead of being fobbed off to a menapause phone call ! The redeeming factor was that I was seen very quickly by the nescessary scan , biopsy appointments. Turns out I had a hormone imbalance which wouldn’t have happened if I had seen a doctor in the first place !
Trying to get emergency advice and no chance of getting a message to fill out form !! We are at capacity is all you get !! Disgusting I have a sick kid !! This GP surgery was amazing years ago !!
I spoke to a lovely receptionist at almost closing time and managed to get a doctor call back, who instantly prescribed me with an anti sickness medication for my awful morning sickness. Thank you so much, I was absolutely miserable! Very helpful and friendly staff :)
Wish I could give 0 stars. Every interaction leaves me more unwell rather than better. Amongst other things I have been directly lied to by the awful, rude reception/admin staff, been promised tests within a week which I only got 3 MONTHS later after making a complaint, they have been calling me for years when I have indicated right from the start that my disability means I can't take calls (they continue to do this).... it's a complete shambles and they simply do not care at all.
