The provider I saw, Libby Kusiak (PA), was great. She was thorough, explained things well, listened well. I can't speak for the others at the practice but I definitely would recommend her.
Got an IUD placed and after a very painful experience not even a month later it migrated and there was absolutely no attempt to remove it after discovering the strings were no longer reachable. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed and I'm astonished at the complete neglegence.
Wicked rude personnel. Turned off to the entire business in my general inquiry.
Dr Liz is amazing, as a trans individual I almost always have issues feeling heard & respected by health care professionals especially those in Catholic practices, however I finally felt as though my identity and health was prioritized for the first time. Everyone is super nice, nurses and receptionists are great too.
Was very happy with this practice. Dr Paravella was very thorough, kind, compassionate and I got in to see her quickly. I would not hesitate to go back here.
