I really enjoy this gym. I've stopped by a few times for a quick workout, and it's always a great experience. David is fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. He makes everyone feel welcome
Great CrossFit gym! David will work with you wherever you’re at in your fitness journey and the environment/energy is really welcoming! Worth trying out !
It’s been a year and a half since I started CrossFit. Best decision I have made. I’m in the best shape of my life. Big shout out to the coaches. They are phenomenal and all the athletes I train with. Great group of people that train here. Made great friendships with many.
Great community gym! I started maybe 3 years ago but was super-reluctant to start. After finally getting myself to try it out, I found that the coaches were super-supportive and helped me scale where I need and push me where I need. The other members are super-welcoming and supportive as well. I haven’t been to a gym before where everyone roots each other on. Can’t say enough positive things about the gym, the coaches and the members.
