This dental practice is wonderful. The staff are always very friendly and polite. The receptionist Ashley always greets you with a smile. Rachael has a gentle demeanour that puts you at ease, she always explains very clearly what she’s going to do.
I am incredibly nervous of going to the dentist, and my previous NHS dentist never seemed to have any appointments. It had been quite some time since I had seen a dentist partly due to lack of appointments, and partly due to my own fear. Mr Merchant was so kind, and explained everything as he went along - because I was so nervous I didn't take everything in and I emailed with a few questions to put my mind at ease. Dental wizardry🤩. Took a chipped tooth and 15 yrs of dentist mistrust and dental neglect to see Rachael. She literally and metaphorically put the most beautiful smile back on my face. So much so, that I left my miserable job to start my own business so I never have to stop smiling🥳. Awesome client care at totally affordable cost.
An amazing practice. Polite & welcoming staff. Racheal is 10/10 with her work and I couldn't be happier with the service I have received so far.
