My mother is been seeing by Dr. JOSE RIVERA for the past 3 years, no issues at all with him and the office on Haines City. Last appointment my mother had with dr. José once we arrived to the office they said Dr. Jose was no longer part of the office and that she had to re schedule. She did reschedule the appointment and they gave my mother an appointment with a new doctor in Haines City. Called today to attempt to make this place a primary care, however i cannot understand the staff at all ( mind you im latino ). They dont speak english very well and the Spanish is also so fast and they seemed to rush you. I had to call somewhere else. I was on hold for LONG TIME and i could not understand why because the lady did not state a sentence i could understand. I dont know who is running this place but they could use a better staff to take calls and deal with clients. I dont know why it was so hard just to sign up ... read more
