I have read many of the reviews that’s is already in here…having the same encounter like many of the one star patients did. I speak for myself now, I give a one ⭐️, to the ladies staffing, and a 5 stars goes to all the Doctors only, the 2 Doctors that I’ve seen, were extremely nice, pleasant, and very patient with me, and took care of everything I need along with there patients and courtesy, they took there time address my problems to me, they listened to me, and that is a true 5 ⭐️ to me. Dr Lopez is Amazing very professional he listen to me and help me with my health issues I’m very grateful for him and his help
Some of the staff are really nice and courteous. The phone service completely sucks. They keep you on hold for 30 minutes and then you get disconnected. It had happened to me over and over again. Very disappointed on those who managed phone calls.
It’s great service by the doctors but the administration sucks they will have you on hold forever and a day do better this whole answering service is no good
