Some of the staff are really nice and courteous. The phone service completely sucks. They keep you on hold for 30 minutes and then you get disconnected. It had happened to me over and over again. Very disappointed on those who managed phone calls.
It’s great service by the doctors but the administration sucks they will have you on hold forever and a day do better this whole answering service is no good

Recently visited the clinic for my annual exam and the personnel addressed all my concerns and questions.
The doctors are okay but definitely rush through appointments. The staff is horrible , they never call to confirm appointments, they forget to print and make referrals, mix up appointments or just forget and etc. Please do not waste your time coming here this is one of the worst establishments ever. I’ve never seen such an unprofessional staff.
