My mother lived in this filthy disgusting place, and it is riddled with roaches and bed bugs. I was horrified to find this out after my mother passed away. I live out of state and a family member called St. Peter’s to do a welfare check on my mother, we could not get a hold of her, and they would not go check on her. Worst.
I've heard of this elderly and disabled housing here in Memphis Tn and I feel for the residents. Many are concerned about the up keep of this place. Even though this establishment had a major upgrade in 2019 or whenever it was back then, that was over 4 years ago. I've heard reports of the place is going down in building maintenance (the building itself needs attention) inside and out. You cannot just only continue to prepare apartments inside for new tenants to move in only, you have keep the whole building in order itself!... read more
Our company was called to clean up an hoarding situation inside this senior home. The building is highly secured. The check in and check out process was easy and the staff was very helpful. The office allowed our cleaners to use their cart to make the cleanout a lot easier while transporting from floor to floor to the trash bin.
