Jo changed my life. She guided my family into a closer relationship. Through her guidance, we are reconnected to each other more closer than ever, we talk, laugh and cry together where we could not before. I have known Jo for over 25 years now and still her advice and aid are with me. She lives up to her name - St. Peter.
This woman is belligerent, adversarial and highly unprofessional. She has a protected niche where she is not accountable to behave in a professional manner and takes advantage of it to insult and demean those that are required to meet with her. She is the epitome of a tenured person who feels they cannot be fired and thus abuses her position.
