I called around the area looking for specific parts for my bike. This shop had the parts in stock. I didn't think to ask how much they were. I expected to walk in and buy the parts at the full manufacturers MSRP as is common in the industry. I was expecting the 50 percent premium above the MSRP. When I pointed it out the salesman he simply said "I don't make the prices. Do you want it or not?" Excellent service, never an additional charge for installation of parts. My Giant bike is greatly favoured over my similar Trek, bought across the street.
