If I could give 6 stars, I would. Will & his team have worked on my car fixing things as they needed done for the last few years. Suddenly my drive belt on my Mini Cooper broke. He was quick to check it out, to find it wasn’t exactly the easiest job- the timing chain. BUT they had the BEST attitude. The cost to do all the work we did was probably 1/4 of the price the dealer would have charged me. Will is the owner and head mechanic. Very fair and honest. I am happy to have found a mechanic I can trust. He does great work and the receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you have any repair needs.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Fair prices, good communication, and good work in a timely manner. As a woman with absolutely no knowledge on mechanics I was very worried taking my car to anyone except my husband but they did not take advantage at all. They did not try to upsell me anything, in fact Will told me I should probably get some other parts changed but since I was on a budget he said I could get pretty far without it. Finally! A fair priced and reliable local auto shop. Brought my Audi in for basic service and replacement of the trunk struts. Will and his team were transparent and honest the whole way through. No overcharges, no bs, and good quality work. Just how it should be. Not to mention the shop dog, ladybug, was an excellent greeter. I’ve found my shop for the long term. Thanks guys!
