Iv'e been a patient there for around about 15years , I have had no other choice but to find another surgery. There general disdain towards patients is so obvious. Empathy seems to have lost all roots in this practice. Email monthly for repeat prescriptions are ignored for months.When challenged the book is always passed leave you hanging on the phone the practice manager does not follow up complaints or calls. Being Scottish, I find that some English people do not understand the language.So politely, I always ask if they understand. Most of the time there is no problem. Yesterday I spoke to someone who was rude and told me I was rude and terminated the call!!!! DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!
