Good quiet location, clean residence but the food that is offered to my relative is terrible. Small portions, no choice and no assistance with feeding.
The nurse on duty that I spoke to about my brother was great but when I visited I was shocked at how rude the administrator was about the contract that needed to be signed. She advised me that I shouldn't get legal advice or financial advice, the fee could not be negotiated and used bullying tactics to try to get me to sign the residential agreement right there and then. She would not even provide an electronic copy by email. Disgraceful Jeanette.
Excellent service, very caring staff and there are numerous activities throughout the week. My father is very satisfied at the home and they also give our family peace of mind.
My father was in this facility for 2 years until his awful, lonely death in here during covid. The staff in the wards had a tough time during covid and they did a great job but the management are heartless people who initially seem to care but their true colours come through when the contract is signed.
