It was a pleasure performing for St Paul’s hostel and meeting all the stuff and residents. It was a Lebanese Independence Day and the place was decorated in Lebanese flags and all the residents and stuff were so welcoming. I enjoyed dancing with them and getting them up and involving in my performance. I hope to be there very soon with some new belly dance songs and moves. Place is clean, organised and surrounded by beautiful nature.
A poorly administered facility with incompetent staff and questionable standards. My friend is forced to attend church services in a language she cannot understand. She is having a horrific and unpleasant stay. Church services are passed off as activities for the residents. I thought activities were meant to be entertaining and voluntary. Needs dramatic improvement.
Is awful place. Rude staff
Good quiet location, clean residence but the food that is offered to my relative is terrible. Small portions, no choice and no assistance with feeding.
The nurse on duty that I spoke to about my brother was great but when I visited I was shocked at how rude the administrator was about the contract that needed to be signed. She advised me that I shouldn't get legal advice or financial advice, the fee could not be negotiated and used bullying tactics to try to get me to sign the residential agreement right there and then. She would not even provide an electronic copy by email. Disgraceful Jeanette.
