Terrible, Soojee Sim who’s a clinic coordinator is terrible at what she does. She is very impatient and lack many skills. If she tries to “help” you don’t take it, she’s super unprofessional

Don't go there for suicidal ideation or mental health. I have gone there and they put me in a solitary confidment for more than 24hours and shouted at me. They also used full body sedation and it was disorienting. VGH is not good but a little better. Thank you

There is no other hospital that I trust than St Paul’s. Friendly staff, Emergency especially. Such patient amazing nurses and docs who actually CARE about you and not dismiss your issues. I admire how they speak to the homeless, the addicts and anyone who needs some compassion. Don’t go anywhere else! Thank you to all the staff at this location. You are all walking angels.
