[This review was initially worded more negatively following what I felt to be threatening text messages implying the medicine on which my life depends would be cut off unless I booked a review, and the inability to speak to a member of staff on the phone to book said review. Absolutely disgraceful. This place is more of a joke than a clinic. I’ve been calling every morning for over a week, sometimes waiting over an hour on hold, only to be told: “No appointments today, call back tomorrow!” Every day the same answer. Every day “tomorrow.” Do you really think people’s time and nerves don’t matter? If you say “tomorrow” every day, then when exactly will you offer any appointment? This is the most helpful gp surgery I have ever been to. I feel really listened to by all the staff members and can tell they all really care from and It is easy to get an appointment. The kindness shown from the staff here is the most positive healthcare experience I have had :)
