My family does not have a lot of cash available, just enough to cover insurance deductibles. I was able to set up a deal with St Paul Siding to get roof and siding done with just paying my ins deductible with no other out of pocket expenses. That however was not the case. They came around when I was not at home and approached my wife and had her sign papers and one of the papers agreeing to an additional $2100.00 out of pocket expenses. This review is very unfortunate as St. Paul Siding has went out of our way for this customer. We are truly sorry for their financial situation and would in NO WAY take advantage of them by asking for extra money. The total amount for the insurance claim including an additional charge for a garage service door was $22,743.10. The customer paid St. Paul Siding a total of $21,931.11. St Paul Siding is being shorted by $811.99 and we are unsure about Mr. Meyer's claims of owing $2,100 additional out of pocket expenses.
Shop no further, this is the best roofing & siding contractor in the twin cities. We have worked with several over the years, and until I met Jonathan I was pretty underwhelmed. He oversees all the work his company does and even, just today, drove past my rental property to let me know that the roof he installed last fall is in perfect condition despite our 60 MPH winds that rolled through the area. Who does that? St. Paul Siding - that's who.
