Online system billed us three times. Took 5 phone calls to attempt to resolve. Was only partial credited back and then was told that they kept some of the overpayment due to balance due after insurance, but never received a bill for it. Rude service and horrible business practices.
They use mydocbill for billing. The link doesn't work, and that site has been used for scams in the past ( see Reddit post) they should just use a normal billing system like any other hospital
Shady!!! I got an ultrasound at an Allina hospital and was being billed by Allina for it. When out of the blue I get a voicemail that state I owe a bill of $122. Then a month later I received a bill for services I believed I was already paying for through allinA. I called to verify 1. That it was not a scam and 2. What exactly the charges were for .The woman on the phone was extremely rude and aggressive claiming she was billing me for radiology services of the person who read my ultrasounds results.
