Melissa and Elizabeth (the front desk receptionists at St. Paul Eye Clinic in Woodbury) were Outstanding! They went to great lengths to make sure my wife's insurance would cover her appointment. They even called my wife's insurance and St. Paul Eye Clinic's business office to double check and make sure. They did everything they could to make sure we didn't have to pay out of pocket for my wife's visit. They treated us like they would their own family. Trust these opticians to get the best advice of frames and never have a problem with prescription
I visited to inquire about getting glasses for distance/driving at night and the technician suggested I get bifocals so that I could read and watch tv. I did not like them and returned them. They would make lenses for distance only and I was surprised that the refund difference was over $300. It’s been several weeks since I did this but have not received any refund.
Very friendly, even when I said I had a with new glasses
