St Paul Mental Health does not answer their phone consistently and so unpredictable, you cannot create a routine to heal, especially if you need stability and consistency. It's like pulling teeth when making an appointment and you are more likely to be turned away if not from town. Absolutely aweful experience been going since a teen and appalled by how patients are treated in the public eye. I've been here for a day and a half. Haven't seen anyone they only care about their money and I've been asking to get seen by a doctor ever since I've been here. Still nothing as well
I think Dr. Nouh should not be allowed to see patients AT ALL. I've stopped going to see him all together when he outright REFUSED to assess me for something another doctor gave me a proper diagnosis on. When I was seeing him he had put me on an ADHD medication and diagnosed me with ADHD only to say "who put on you on this medication and gave you a diagnosis?" When HE DID. Also the man gave me trouble when I asked for his diagnosises on paper for schooling and said "well I'll put you down as emotionally disabled." Instead of... read more
Not really sure if the workers there know how to handle people coming in without trying to kick them out. I called a couple days ago and asked when can I schedule an appointment to see a mental health therapist, I was told specifically that Tuesdays are for first time walk ins with nothing more to add. So I get up and go to the clinic first thing in the morning and nobody else was inside the building but us and one other nurse who told us to have a seat after trying to help us see a doctor. We wait a couple minutes and anoth... read more
