Great caring and kind doctor, nice staff, went to an walk in and was served quickly.
Had an urgent question for one of the doctors with regards to their instructions when I saw them in the emergency yesterday. When I called I was told that it was impossible to speak with them on the phone or even send them a message for them to call back. The only way would be to wait to see them in person, which would take at least 4 days. It's not just inefficient to not allow a patient to ask their doctor an urgent question, but UNSAFE! They just don't care.
Dr. Rafiq is incredibly thorough and makes you feel very comfortable. So happy with the follow through on medical issues. There are walk-in clinics and it doesn’t take too long to get a regular appointment. Very pleased.
