I hate to see ppl complain about the staff at this office, if you actually step back and look at their jobs for a moment you would realize they do a fantastic job!!! Dr walks in, sees what's wrong, prescribes a test or medication, then off to their next empty room... remember every 5 minutes worth of work a Dr does, there staff then has to do 10 minutes worth of work, they keep an eye on when Dr is done with patients, to fill that empty room again, finds out why the patient are there so the Dr is already preped, answers phon... read more

My family doctor is here, been for years. I had an appointment for 2:00, my kids go to school half an hour away. I thought I would have plenty of time but I still hadn't been seen by 3:00 and had to leave. I waited a month for the appointment!!!!! And the next appointment they could offer was more than a month away!!! I wasted a whole afternoon for NOTHING as I wasn't even seen and now I still have the issues and will have to go to a walk on(wasting more hours), to get an answer. Why does this happen? I have been seen at this office since I was 13 and I am now 30. I love my team of doctors. There is maybe one or two receptionist that are nice however I was going through mental health crisis and the receptionist was condescending and rude and had I not had the proper supports- I probably would have ended my life. I did report this to my physician. We call because we have too not because we want too.
