The consistent quality of their medical guidance has been a source of great comfort and security. It is clear they possess a profound understanding of their field. We are very fortunate to have them.
Receptionist is unprofessional and lazy. Im fortunate to be very close friends with my doctor and am able to send her text messages direct however the reception is an absolute disgrace. Will be reporting to administration and lead physician. If she doesn’t change her attitude after that I’m submitting a complaint with patient obudsman.
Never available when you need them
Congratulations, to Dr Hadley on his upcoming retirement, I hope you get to travel and do your other favorite hobbies, and spend more time with your family.. Also thank you for taking care of me, when I couldn't take care of myself... thank you to you and your staff!!! I hate to see ppl complain about the staff at this office, if you actually step back and look at their jobs for a moment you would realize they do a fantastic job!!! Receptionists are lazy and rude. And if you don’t have an up to date health card, you can only pay hundreds in cash. No debit. Haven’t been treated worse anywhere else in my life.
