I have been seen at this office since I was 13 and I am now 30. I love my team of doctors. There is maybe one or two receptionist that are nice however I was going through mental health crisis and the receptionist was condescending and rude and had I not had the proper supports- I probably would have ended my life. I did report this to my physician. We call because we have too not because we want too. I hate to see ppl complain about the staff at this office, if you actually step back and look at their jobs for a moment you would realize they do a fantastic job!!! Dr walks in, sees what's wrong, prescribes a test or medication, then off to their next empty room... remember every 5 minutes worth of work a Dr does, there staff then has to do 10 minutes worth of work, they keep an eye on when Dr is done with patients, to fill that empty room again, finds out why the patient is there so the Dr is already preped, answers phone... read more
Love my dr, But they turn their phones off, their lunches go on all day it seems then after lunch they just turn the phones off. It’s almost impossible to get ahold of anyone.
Receiving sheepish laugh and an "I'm not sure" when I asked what to do about being nearly out of my necessary medication, and the appointment being so far away, was the final straw with the receptionists at this clinic. I adore each and every doctor at this clinic, but the way the phone lines are run, and the receptionists unprofessional nature, is truly a shame. Worst doctors office in Brantford. Laziest receptionists that just put you on hold for 5 minutes after finally getting through to them, and then they give you attitude anytime you book with them. Never recommend. Anne Connolly is a great doctor but has the worst Office staff I've ever witnessed
