I have gone to the St Paul Asthma & Allergy Center for several years and had a really good experience until this visit. Previously I saw two other doctors that were very good. I was reassigned to a new doctor, Dr. Chang. He seems clinically competent and thorough. My challenge with him was with his communication style - he wants only yes or no answers to his questions - he wants no additional information or context and will scold you if you answer any of his questions about symptoms with more than a yes or no.
