Had a great experience here unloading. Aug 8, 2025 2130. Scale in, grab ticket, go to door 1 and call receiver. Docks 3 and 4 are tight to get in and out of but not impossible. If the guy unloading asks you to help put stickers on the bales, do it and you can be out in 15 mins. Super friendly. They sweep your trailer out when completed and then scale out, make sure to leave 1 ticket behind in the box. I would post pictures but the lighting is not the greatest at night.
It wasn't bad,,I followed gps,,but going to CC rd get u to their scale, though gps gets u to their scale too Take ticket in the scale house and clock in the weight,,press 2 times the print button Then go park by the hill,,,recycling is dock 3 Scale again out,,people were nice and swept my trailer If u going to tx,don't side park at cumby city rest area($200)
Pass on this place. Was here to unload, checked in at scale, went to 2 other areas, receiver was looking for anything to complain about. Misplaced my phone checked around found it then receiver claimed I swore at him, to unload the blanking truck, Mind you he's unloading the trailer and decides to stop. No such thing as swearing at someone while they are helping you. Then says I broke the steel blue door when you walk up the stairs. I am a driver and I have never felt so bad with a customer like this place. Everything is misinformation and they treat drivers with a very bad attitude. I feel that there are still such unpleasant people and they do not appreciate the service we provide them. I will never return to this place.
Quite a decent place. I don't understand why everyone complains so much.. First you arrive at the weigh-in. You take a ticket, choose inbound or outbound. Enter a 5-digit release number. Then you go to door 1. And they tell you to stand in line on the hill. I was unloaded in 40 minutes. Then you go back to the scale. Enter outbound, and leave the ticket in the box. That's all)).
