Thank you for taking my kitty asap and treat her! I was very worried of her suffering from inflammation in the back area but alhamdulallah during visit its wasn't as bad as I expected. My little one very scared of other people but she didn't had a problem at all with a doctor and team The price was very reasonable, I expected to go bankrupt, but didn't happened hhhh
My vet was out of antibacterial shampoo so I decided to stop by St Norbert Animal Hospital. The lady at the front was friendly & polite so this review is nothing against her. I was told I needed to make an account to buy the shampoo. I questioned this and she said it was the only way she could ring it thru. I believe her it’s just a terrible system. I highly recommend this clinic! I took my older cat in for a dental cleaning/extraction, and the whole process was very simple. I was quite nervous about the procedure, but the staff were caring and compassionate, and explained everything in a way I could understand. The estimate was even spot on to what they quoted me, and the pricing was quite reasonable compared to other clinics I checked out. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Simon and I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work ❤️
