My mums has been to a fair few aged care facilities over the last few year as a respite patient. At best they were "OK" ( at best). Coming here was a breath of fresh air... literally !!!. Mums stay was exactly what it should be for our elderly loved ones. Pleasant , relaxing with staff who are kind, patient and professional . God bless this place !
Today we brought mum & Dad back to Saint Nicolas Aged care and I've never seen my parents so happy. You know we have been to many aged care facilities and can I honestly say this place is not 6 or 7 star this place is a 10 star when all the others we have seen don't even reach 4 star. The cleanliness, the professionalism the care the quality of service and care to the aged is second to none. St Nicholas. Not an aged care facility. A five star resort! My mother and father could not be happier. They are so well looked after by everyone starting all the way from the carers, nurses, management, the chef and even the cleaners. I would never ever put my loved ones anywhere else! The management and staff are friendly and excellent. The centre is very well maintained and has heaps of facilities. Great place for any family members. Highly recommend it.
