Extremely disappointed with the staff, who did not care about my dad he was just another old boy about to die. I’ve never known Staff to be so un Compassionate and in my view, not qualified b’cos It seemed we knew more than them or they did know but didn’t care. The staff there need serious training in compassion and care how to smile and not be rude. I can’t thank the staff enough for the kind and caring way they treated my dad, he was treated with dignity and respect at all times, nothing was too much trouble and staff are always on hand to answer any concerns, it gives us great comfort to know that dad had the very best care during the last weeks of his life, this hospice is amazing, thank you

I cannot thank st nics enough for the amazing care they gave my mum during the pandemic. She was diagnosed with brain, spine and lung cancer on new years eve nearly two years ago, we received no help from the NHS, our doctors, District nurses or macmillian. St nicholas made a space for her and managed her end of life care, for their help and care I will be eternally grateful
