Possibly the worst practice around. I imagine they are massively under funded and under staffed but despite taking that into account, all the systems and processes they seem to have in place make that whole situation even worst. It'd almost impossible to ever actually speak to anyone. The online system is clunky and ineffective. To top it all off the process of being passed around thier system is incredibly laborious. My health is in a bad way. But my doctor thinks to leave my health up to the Hospital. Which means waiting and getting worse. No once had a doctor bothered to contact me. Well, I’ve now found another surgery and hope I get some advice and empathy. I’ve been with st neots for 38 yrs. can’t take anymore of their non caring attitude

I have another issue unfortunately and yet again may I say a massive thank you to everyone in St Neots. Swift and excellent service provided again and every time. My work colleges moan about their surgery, I can only ever say how very helpful St Neots have been every time I’ve needed them. Thanks again to EVERYONE down there.

I can honestly say hand on my heart EVERY member of the surgery has been fantastic, gone above and beyond whenever I've contacted and needed help. I don’t really leave feedback but feel that this surgery and everyone who works there deserves positive feedback and my total thanks. Keep it up. Its not gone unnoticed I promise you.
