For STMICHEL : Someone from your company came to my home quite a few years ago and declined to give any remediation!! How could that leave any claim record? The product is just not using water proof material. The drawer got a bit wet and then started swelling because inside is compacted fibre board something. While within the warranty they wouldn't do anything about it. Instead they blamed us for letting water touch the drawer edge. WTH? Finally found a place with a great selection of vanities and accessories with very helpful service to boot! Amanda (think thats right) wasn't even in sales but guided us in the right direction with friendliness and professionalism. Picked up units today and she went beyond personally lifting packaging and securing the load in the rain. Top lady and very happy highly reccomend this place!
It's a pleasure working with St Michel. Beautiful showroom. Knowledgeable customer services team, so helpful and make every effort to find a solution. Manufacturing and quality control is hard to beat, the small details are not overlooked, and the finished product is beautifully refined and uncompromising. I recently had great aftersales service - the team did us a big favor and my customer was very pleased. A great New Zealand company.
