Dr Pappolla and team do an excellent job and are very helpful and they always check up on me and how i am doing. I recommend his office and team.
My experience at this clinic has been consistently good. Staff has been great with communication over the past year that I have utilized them. Overall it has been a great experience and I would recommend them for your orthopedic needs.
After a recent car accident, Dr. Pappolla and his staff have been absolutely amazing. They truly take the time to listen, understand your concerns, and ensure that you’re receiving the best care possible. Their compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail have made a difficult time much easier to manage. St. Michael’s has the BEST staff members in the business. They explained everything that was going to happen from beginning to end. Everyone is very professional and personable. Even though I was giving push back to the staff member Gizelle she remained professional and completed the process. They even gave me snacks and water for being a good girl😁.
