I have had 2 problems with same doctor first time he told me in a call I had lung cancer then last May 24 he refused to see me and undermed a locum doctor who advised if antibiotics did not help to be seen this doctor Spratt said I need more antibiotics and steroids I had not ate food in 3 weeks in surgery just standing which cameras in there or pharmacy can show how unwell I was. This is the best practice in town. All staff are so patient. The reception staff are very efficient and help in any way they can before seeing a doctor. They are all so hard working. Thankyou
Best practise in Dumfries, needed to register as a temporary member and they were so helpful and seen me straight away, unlike other practises in Dumfries who where rude and difficult. Would recommend.
