AVOID THIS HOSPITAL Ward 73 Absolutely appalling from what is supposed to be one of the best hospitals with complicated pregnancy's our little boy has a heart issue so Bristol took over the pregnancy to then be over a week late to be indused , appalling staff, dirty, staff haven't even got a clue what they are doing, the nurse was 100% sure she felt baby's head during a examination which in fact was totally wrong, put on the hormone drip and was ramped upto 18 within a hour and baby's heart rate was dropping to as low as 40 ... read more

I could write an essay as long as my arm . All I will say is AVOID this hospital the midwife’s seriously need extra training my wife and little boy almost died because they don’t do their jobs correctly. You could tell that the midwife was out of her depth , another midwife even made a comment about it when in the room, by that point it was to late my wife needed a emergency c-section and luckily the doctors acted fast and were successful. A mixed bag... parking isn't easy and expensive as a result. The location isn't ideal these days and the receptionist appeared to have recently eaten a whole lemon. However, the staff upstairs were fantastic... helpful, friendly and nice to deal with which is just what you want.
