This small Ford dealership is brilliant. Helpful pleasant, they look after my car well. I love the videos I get of them working on it. I haven’t yet needed to buy a car here, but would happily do so. As petrol stations go (and admitting to a geeky bias as I used to work for bp) this is a great place. The staff are always polite, the shop is well stocked with a good range. Pulled into the BP petrol station on Friday evening at the end of summer, bank holiday weekend, with hot brakes. BP till operator called St Michaels garage manager, out on a breakdown job in Bournemouth (at 8pm). Garage manager took the time to talk me through the options for the car, even though he couldn't help that evening. Brilliant service without even meeting up, and shows fabulous commitment to serving people. We got things sorted as a result!
