I took my son in for labs that his doctor ordered today and was turned away during business hours by the lab technician because she wanted to leave early. We arrived to the facility at 4:20 pm, signed in, and we were the only ones in the waiting room. The technician came out at 4:35 sharp and told me she takes her last patient at 4:30 pm and she took her last patient already. They close at 5 pm. Never again. I've needed to go here several times. The last time that I went was just the same. I wait in a crowded waiting room, in extreme pain, for an hour, get in to talk to someone, and then be sent on my way to the nearest ER. Two visits were for broken bones, and one was for a fracture. A huge bill, for useles, "urgent" care. Most of the staff rocked though!! It's not their fault that the Medical system is failing. I have been to this lab twice recently, for an A1C blood draw, and for a coagulation test. Both times I had very little wait, and an expert phlebotomist.
