I recently had a chest CT there and my tech was amazing. kind, compassionate. I wish I could remember her name. She was so great.
I moved out of state over a year ago and the hospital here and another one within my state has requested previous breast scans and ultrasounds from Port Orchard and Silverdale imaging departments a few times in the past year to no avail. No response not sure how to proceed to get my records forwarded to where I am for the radiologist to compare images have called the departments and was told to have them here request them which they have more than once yet they have received nothing
The front staff older lady is very rude. Not a personalble bone in her body. The way she was speaking to elderly folk totally unacceptable.
I have called them 17 times in the last 2 hours to reschedule an appointment for someone because they are sick and no one answers the phone!!! This is absolutely unprofessional!!! The least they could do is have voice-mail so you can could leave a message
Sad to echo what has been said about front desk personnel. I had similar experience in that the woman the helped me was somewhat put off because I didn't have an appointment (Dr sent me downstairs to get X-ray) and asked me to step aside while she checked in the other 4 people behind me that had appointments. I get it, but no need to be rude. I was able to be seen in a reasonable amount of time considering I didn't have an appointment. As far as the X-ray tech, she was very courteous and even joked a bit.
