Same issue as previous review. I will call or stop in to see if they can take me and every single time they say they are fully booked even though there is rarely anyone in there. Also never once have they been friendly. Customer service at its worst.
It is always empty and when I go they tell me that they cannot attend me because they are full booked, but in reality it is empty!
Hanna always does a great job on my mani/pedi! This is my number one choice in Vancouver! Great service and atmosphere 🌸 I would definitely recommend this salon.
