RecommendedCan say enough about St. Matthews vision center and John. My son has a complicated prescription we have been to multiple places only to have to start all over again trying to get glasses. We were told by our ophthalmologist to try John at Saint Matthews vision center and we will never go anywhere else! They got the prescription right on the first try! My glasses were not under warranty anymore, but they were peeling. I did not tell them I was in the middle of tests to undergo chemo for breast cancer. They still covered the cost of my new lenses. I got my first bill today so even more appreciate for the new lenses. I get my kids and my glasses here!
I've reached that stage of life at which my first cataract is ripe enough to cause vision problems but not ripe enough for Medicare to pay for its removal. My last eye exam left me with a prescription which was less than ideal and a second one didn't help. This is where St. Matthews Vision Center's John Gardner came to the rescue. Professional, affordable, and efficient. I called Friday morning before a holiday weekend, was offered an appointment the same day, and walked out with a new set of glasses, all of this being a new patient. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. I paid out of pocket and the exam and frames were very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I moved here a year ago and was in a pickle. The vision place I had used in AZ was less than helpful and hadn't given me the correct prescription. The glasses arrived and I couldn't see. Even thought St Matthew Vision had nothing to do with any of the mess I was in they helped out till the bitter end. When John was through sorting everything out I could see! THANK YOU JOHN!
