RecommendedMy mother was a resident at Century Villa. My mother especially liked the people. Everyone treated her like she was special. She also liked having three good meals a day something she didn’t do for herself at home. The management team is outstanding, especially during the pandemic. I was provided daily updates and felt very comfortable. We even had outside visits that ment a lot to the family. I have been there in rehab several times and have had excellent care. I recommend them.
I am so thankful to the administration and the staff at Century Villa Health Care & Rehabilitation. They took good care of my grandma as their employee, and then took great care of her when she became their resident. I was overwhelmed as they all came in Wednesday night and cried as they said their good-byes to her. Their "Flossy" is gone, and that's going to be a void felt for a long time.
RecommendedYou will not find a better facility anywhere else! The staff really cares about their residents and the residents are so appreciative. I would not mind living here myself and if it eventually becomes necessary, my mom will move to Century Villa.
RecommendedFrom initiating the admission process, to getting my mother settled in to Century Villa, Regina Poe has been an outstanding, professional and compassionate facilitator. The staff, nurses and CNA's are wonderful as well. Just this morning mom called to let me know she got a new mattress on her bed and said she had her best night's sleep since her admission. All it took to get this done was to ask! May God bless each and every one of you. there. I, in turn, sleep well knowing my mom is in excellent health care hands.
This facility is not good for Alzheimer’s or dementia patients. Not enough protection for the wondering patients. They don’t have enough staff to handle this disease.
RecommendedMy name is Greg Whitehead and I have been in the Long Term Care pharmacy business for over 20 years. 15 years ago I started calling on Century Villa. This home is one of the best run facilities in the state. The staff are so friendly and truly care about taking care of people. Because I call on many facilities in the state of Indiana, I know where I would put a loved one and Century Villa is one of the few. This place is amazing.
A loved one, after suffering a traumatic brain injury was under the care of this facility. Unfortunately the trust we placed in them was undeserving. The staff has given care so inadequate, its shameful. Please check BBB for similar complaints.
